So, had a weird thing happen to me tonight lol. As some of you may remember, I’m having terrible issues with insomnia.

I stopped most of my supplements, I’ve been getting 30 min of sunshine every day. Taking vit D. Can’t really stomach (ha see, what I did there?) the magnesium in any form. Swimming 30 min a day, 6 oz of caffeine in the am, a couple of cups of decaf later. No chocolate, no nap. Can’t nap. I’ve been trying to keep busy, stay off the computer for the most part of the day (exception, tonight). Blue blocked screens, I always wear good blue blockers. But reading my kindle, I’m using those yellow glasses.

I was reading about magnesium baths.. so last night I took a magnesium bath and started reading Jonathan Cahn’s book, “The Return of the Gods.” I’m finding it a bit creepy, not sure about Jonathan Cahn... Anywhoo, last night got the bath too hot and after 20 min my heart was a mess and I was sweating bullets. Yes, super hot baths can cause a high heart rate.

I slept a bit better last night, like I fell asleep around 2 am. I go to bed at 11, read for a bit, then la la la.. wait.

Tonight, I thought I’ll do same thing, but I’ll add more magnium salts to my bath, not as hot water though lol.

I’m reading this book, it’s kind of eerie to me, it sort of makes sense as to what’s happening in the world, but I attribute it to Satan and not necessarily the other gods, but who knows.

I feel this overwhelming desire to pray for protection for myself, so I did. Next thing I know.. my right eye is on flipping fire!! I either had gotten some soap or magnesium salt in my eye. So, I toss the book on the floor, sit up, turn the cold water on, and rinse my eye, in the process, I hit my LEFT eye on the faucet and now I have a black eye. Yup. 😂😂😂

I’m not sure if I going to finish this book now 🤷‍♀️.

Okay.. nanight with ice and arnica gel. Sheesh.
