I think that all sounds very reasonable, and good morning, not bad. The other person had an episode where he seemed to be calling a dog, but he didn’t clobber it, so that’s something.
James went to work early.
I just wrote a letter of acceptance to Chuck, and included the background check money, and that will go out today.
Earlier, I sent a text to FS to ask if he and PW could stop by for a few minutes on their way to do errands, and I’ll tell them then.
Leaving in August will also allow for my pain clinic appointment, and maybe I can get a copy of my records to take with me. They do things a bit differently here, so no guesses on how that will turn out.
I’ll call the two packer companies on Tuesday for an estimate, and if necessary, I’ll get U-Haul loaders, though I’m not sure who will be available here, then. It will be a weekday, and people have Jobs. The other end probably won’t be too problematical, because the Youth will be ready to do the deed as they were the last time.
So it will all come together when and as it’s supposed to!
Sorry about the Other Person. I’m glad he didn’t clobber the dog or whatever other thing he was dealing with. That might have been painful for you.
If James can hang onto that job for the next 20 or 30 years, he could end up sitting behind a desk and having other people show up early.
I forgot to mention — severe thunderstorms are forecast for today. I betcha it will be this way until I leave... in six weeks.
