Good morning.
I don’t recall what I was dreaming, just that I was tired all through the night.
I haven’t been keeping the CFIDS log on a daily basis, because when I do fill a page, it’s scary. Just “tired” sums it up, and then I’m ashamed of myself for not getting anything done.
