Yes and no. They were burning debris in their back yard and it was too close to the common fence and a tree on their side. It spread to the fence, a section of which had to be removed, and it was working on the tree.

The only way the fire department could get to it was through this property because of the narrowness of the property next door and the fact that a garage blocked the access to the back yard.
