I did find one thing, when getting the shuttle ride for Roy: The shuttle depot is right next door to the U-Haul drop-off, so we don’t need to worry about Uber or cousins!

I finally got rid of some of that bloated feeling late yesterday. That took a lot of the pain out of things. I still feel like I got gut-punched by Rocky Balboa but it’s healing. I was sure ready to lie down, though, when owrk was over.
8 hours of owrk today and I can try to relax more over the weekend. I need to actually be doing more walking. If this heat would break that would help.
