Plugging along! Still here, but hoping for change, soon. Maybe by the end of the summer I’ll have a new address to send you and you can come and visit.

We can have a road trip to see some of the finer sights!! Mountains, deserts, canyons, beaches...well, small ones.... ;o])

Happy late morning! Vlad and I took the Avalon to the shop to find out about the Check Engine light. They’ll call us eventually. James doesn’t need it until tomorrow evening, when I guess he’ll be opening the Town Hall for a meeting, based on the hours on the calendar.

We’re at the end of the pickup schedule right now. Eventually, they’ll reorganize it, probably. I don’t mind, because it means more trash gets out the door before they pick up.

Update on the Avalon: could be the gas cap or another gas-tank thing. Means nowt, says Dan at Red Rock, and it’s over 20 years old, so it’ll pass inspection regardless.

I was up for three hours, but only because of my arm. Unngh. I emailed the doctor yesterday, but have no idea how long it will take for him to answer.

What I know for sure is that I really just didn’t want to get out of bed this time. If my arm wasn’t hurting, I would probably have had a fairly good sleep.
