How was the luau? It's hard to believe your Boy Child is 16. I saw his photos on the occasion, but it was hard to visualize him being that much taller than you are.
I recall when your only child was Ana!

One of us is getting old, Bob, but I don’t think it’s you!
Congratulations on Grampahood! The oldest grandson gave me the moniker of G-Ma when he was still a very short person and it stuck with all the boys. (I’ve gotten my granddaughters the easy way — my grandsons married them.)

Good morning. Final load of wash is in the dryer. It will not surprise you to learn that certain young adult daughters understood, “Get all the towels in the basket. The owner wants them washed,” to mean, “except ones you’re using.”
Fortunately, I barged into the bathroom and extracted the towels over her objection.

Good morning!
I had one of those. Thank goodness she grew up. A lot of housekeeping chores she said she would never do, she didn’t. Until they piled up to the point that she had no choice and it was then that she decided she was going to be a tidy homemaker. I’ve had a few good laughs over that!
There’s always that one person who can’t seem to get their ducks in a row without adding a pigeon or two.
I won’t be going to church today. The mini-relapse is in full swing.
