The liberal “science” is, that they can change the XX chromosome pair and the XY chromosomes . . . by wishful thinking.
When, the science is, that they are not really “coming out,” but are instead, projecting.
Liberals are projection artists - what they project “is real,” they assert; and “something must be done about it.”
Obsessive, compulsive, anxiety, disorder, and self-destruction. That, they “think” is “normal” as long as they have conservative guardrails that keep them going.
Liberals are usually trying to get rid of the guardrails, and they blame the guardrails, but when the guardrails are gone, they get:

Open borders - no guardrails.
I am no fan of illegal immigration, but native born Americans reduced these cities to their abysmal condition, not illegals.
