I thought the political slogan was for kids to BE SHOOTIN HOOPS INSTEAD OF SHOOTIN COPS. I guess they didn’t build enough basketball courts so they could all acclaim fame like James LeBron. What a pity, if they were encouraged to be a Dr. Ben Carson, or a Clarence Thomas. We need more rappers.
