Except maybe Billy Beer and right now I’d drink that over Bud Light any day of the week.
Billy Beer was based on Pabst.

I didn’t know that. I like Pabst. When Billy Beer was made I was too young to drink I only remember the grown-ups making jokes on it. I was too young to understand why they were poking fun at it.

What I remember about Pabst from my 1970s college beer drinking days were the headaches it seemed to induce after a couple cans. Drank Rolling Rock when I couldn't find Stroh's. Imports and craft beers weren't options back then (although my best friend whose mom was a German immigrant bride introduced me to genuine imported Löwenbräu).
Never a Budweiser fan. Even after touring the factory in St. Louis, where the post tour samples were Michelob, not Bud.
