I just rewatched the Craig Casino Royale this evening. I think it's the best of the Craig flicks FWIW. The Connery flicks peaked with Thunderball. In fact, it's been downhill ever since IMO. Never liked Roger Moore and his movies became almost comical. As for Elba, he may well could be great, but I think he's too old.

I liked Daniel Craig as Bond. I feel like I am in the minority these days on that.

They’ve all been decent

I did like Craig’s character when M was killed

The emotion seemed real

He loved her in a pure love way and in that coke grey barren setting

I may watch that again
