But IT HAS TO MATTER. You don’t force someone to pay $5 million by saying evidence doesn’t matter. That’s not how our justice system is supposed to work.
You are missing the point, Trump has been found liable, that is not going change unless an appeals court in NY says so, ask yourself is that likely to happen ??
All Trump can do at this point is appeal and hope for the best, if the evidence isn’t there, then an Appeals Court is the only hope for Trump.
