I noticed Howie went off the air abruptly during his afternoon show a few minutes ago. Hope he's OK!
I noticed that too.It sounded like it could have been his guest having some kind of health incident...or technical difficulties.

I used to listen to him a lot when he was after Jeff Kuhner. Kuhner was an alternative for me to Rush Limbaugh at the time. I hope he’s okay as this is shocking news.
Yah, they just reported he fainted during the show. The reason given is his new grandson has had a virus, and Howie picked that up, and has been battling it.
He’s in the hospital, doing OK!

Indeed, that’s what they’re saying.
A few years ago he was on some medication
and let out a weird belch then mumbled
“Oh God” then quickly it segued into
a rerun of a past show—was said later
he’d felt sick. Etc.
And now, everyone who works with him has the virus. Good job Howie
Yeah I watched it live on Twitter. He was at end of the first hour doing a cheap bastard deal when he started mumbling, dropped his chin to his chest and then it looked like his producers grabbed his harm and the stream cut off.

I was in the shower listening when it happened. But I could tell from the audio something was “off” — glad to hear it wasn’t a big deal, he was just light headed.
I had a neighbor who passed out suddenly at a gathering a few years back. Turns out — he was just dehydrated! 😅 Not a stroke or heart attack... he was fine after being checked out.
I did that once. My kid was driving me and I told him to pull over since I started to feel like I had to puke. Next thing I know I heard disembodied voices of my wife calling my name and my daughter calling 911. At the end of the day I was just really dehydrated.
He’s got a stomach bug. He thinks he got it from his grandson.

Grace just announced that he’s at the hospital; they think he picked up a virus that his nephew had.
Howie is 71—10 yrs older than me, so
I can remember his age easily.
