I had a Seinfeld episode unfold in real life several years ago when I was on the phone with a woman at a business - probably with something to do with my house like construction or furniture. I kept saying, ‘yes ma’am’ and ‘no ma’am and at the end of the conversation when we were winding it up, HE said, “I am a MAN not a MA’AM” and hung up.
