I think the one in the top row, far right is the Biden issued “Hatch Act Violation Medal”. The one next to it is the DNC issued “Logan Act Violation Medal”.

I can make out two: purple heart (2) and national defense ribbon. Cannot make the rest. Not sure of the order of precedence either but not appropriate for civilian attire IMO.
Prince Harry removed was denied uniform, since recusing himself from all things Britain, and was therefore relegated to medals set on his coronation suit, as well. (I had not taken notice of metals set on suits before, either.)

John Kerry served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. Lieutenant, IIRC. Highest medal displayed is the Silver Star medal. The rest appear to be appropriate for a vet who served in-country.
Odd…I thought he had repudiated those medals (he was a very early “woke” liberal) and returned them by tossing them on the steps of the Pentagon.
All this assumes the picture is authentic…
