Mansions ain't what they used to be, apparently. I think the media dopes just call any home worth around $1.5 million or more a "mansion", because of the price. This house is definitely not a "mansion". How big is that lot? Maybe .25 acres?

I think the media dopes just call any home worth around $1.5 million or more a "mansion", because of the price. They never adjusted their language after the massive real estate inflation of the last 20 years. In coastal California, a mansion is closer to $10M - $1.5M is any 60’s tract home close enough to the ocean to feel an occasional breeze. :)

My wife’s friend lives a few doors up the street. She is thinking of moving as well as homeless come over the fences into the neighborhood.
