This appears to be Hispanic on Hispanic violence. Among established Hispanics in the Southwest there is a bitter resentment against Biden’s open border’s policy. they realize and are experiencing a real decline in their standard of living and security due to the influx. Combine that resentment with alcohol or a mixed drug cocktails especially methamphetamines it easy to see how this driver, possibly with a criminal background, impulsively decided to plow into these people.
