“ The Gary Bears. I like it. :) “
Isn’t Gary a bit of a $#!T hole?
Never been there myself.
The team also added that they will not seek taxpayer money to fund the stadium.
The Bears might not seek taxpayer money, but Governor Fatass and the solid Democrat state legislature just might go ahead and do it anyway!
I don’t trust those bastards any farther than I can throw them.
I’m a lifelong Bears fan, but Wisconsin or Indiana can have them if it’s going to take tax money to build a new stadium. We get taxed enough…
The Bears, like anyone with any sanity, want to get out of Chicago

That's a good thing.

THE DECATUR STALEYS!
Chicago and Arlington Heights are both in Crook County. Therefore it doesn’t matter much. The Bears leased Soldier Field from the Chicago Park District. The Bears had no property tax liability. The will now.
Building a new stadium to ensure enough site people come to the slums to be robbed by the controlling voting block. Not that they actually vote.
Murder / crime central full of the gov-me-dat, drugged up, welfare class where you have a better chance of being murdered (about 1-780 per year) than becoming a MD or CFO/CEO.
If a nuke hit Chicago, we wouldn’t notice until the next years crime rates dropped dramatically for the national averages.
At the very least, they need to move out of Cook county.
