I would say white people are currently an underrepresented group besides this being a racist stipulation.

When it comes to historical dramas, where they feel they have to replace the historical white character, with a person of color, I won't watch them. Hollywood has always taken poetic license with historical facts in their movies. Now they've outdone themselves. When will they make a Patton movie with Will Smith as General Patton? You know something similar is coming.
I don’t care much about wokeness in Hollywood. I care a lot about woke med schools, law schools, universities and secondary schools. I care more about whether my car mechanic has been hired on the basis of something other than competence than I care about whether a black woman is cast as Cleopatra.

Instead of trying to get attention in the media, why doesn’t he try Kirk Cameron’s approach. Write a book aimed at young people and then go on library tours.
Only took him 45 years to wake up. In THE GOODBYE GIRL (1977) he plays an aspiring actor who’s aghast to learn that the director wants him to play Shakespeare’s Richard III as a drag queen — but he tries to do it anyway, and it’s hilariously awful.
Dreyfuss is probably realizing he’d be burned at the stake by his Hollywood friends if he gave that performance today.
