Durham was appointed SC 10/19/2020.
He was already investigating Russia as of 05/13/2019 as the Acting and ultimately the US Attorney for Ct.(October 28, 2017 – February 28, 2021)
Still fuzzy on the 30 months from when... I guess close is good enough.
