why did “stonewall” garland release it all in the first place?
people need to be reminded of that. The Durham report went to Garland.
Garland released it to the public.
He must have seen what we are seeing...no consequences there.
FBI is claiming the recommendations have already been made....same schtick as with the Horwoitz report(which should now take a beating) outcome. A pox on all their houses.

As I recall, Durham has the power to indict, and Garland would have to fire him to prevent it. (Remember Archibald Cox?)
I'm hoping the purpose of this report is to outline the entire conspiracy for reference in the RICO charges to follow against many of the guilty names.
