I am interested in a fully mechanical car/truck. Any suggestions? Easy to get parts is important.

My 2000 Ford Ranger XLT must be one of the last of that breed. It’s got crank-open windows, a manual 5 speed transmission, and no electronic geegaws anywhere on the dash. Everywhere I go, someone wants to buy it, but I’m hoping it’s the last vehicle this ol’ lady will ever need. It’s by far my favorite one that I’ve ever owned. Plus it carries stuff. I’ve even slept overnight in the cab on road trips - yeah, I’m small enough. I built a platform back there for that purpose.

Love the control. I have the same in my 2013 Hemi Challenger R/T. Guaranteed theft prevention.

I’ve been checking out Lincoln Mark IIIs. I need a little more pampering than a Ranger provides.
