They have about 6 or 8 agendas working at the border including: child smuggling,sales,abuse,drug smuggling,money laundering,pushing across illegals who owe the cartel they are even brazen enough to make them wear wrist bands, and other issues all involved in the border op.

Unless we/Trump secure the border it will never end. And, it will take years to send the illegals back and even then only a few will be sent back.
