Doesn’t sound like the behavior I normally associate with a “victim”.
If the “victim” is brandishing a weapon and threatening to use it, I agree. That’s not victim behaviour.
In Austin, they just convicted an Uber driver of murder. The Uber driver was trying to leave an intersection he had mistakenly entered that was occuppied by a BLM-Antifa mob. An Antifa goon put an AK-47 in the driver’s face after the car was swarmed. That’s when the driver pulled out his pistol in self-defense, shot, and killed the agressor with the AK.
Governor Abbot has already said he will issue a pardon for the Uber driver at the first opportunity.
