Men were passed over for promotions and instead of tolerating it, they simply shrugged. Many of them walked out the door, setting up their own hustles to make money.

Some stayed in lesser roles and no longer volunteered to share their expertise. No more listening to "pound me too (#metoo)" misandry, "men are misogynists", no walking on eggshells among lunatics, and very key, no more mentoring. Good luck woman, you're on your own.

As men avoid the misandry of the corporate environment, these women quickly discover that their corporate teams don't have the skills necessary to do the job.

Many female job candidates fail to ask themselves why the position was open to start with. Why did the last person leave?

I know several women who were coached into taking positions that were really just being set up for failure.
"This is a great opportunity for you."
"This will lead to even better positions."
"This is a smart move for you."

They quickly found out why guys refused to apply for the position.

I wonder if even you, the poster, even understand all the truth in your post. For example,

...no walking on eggshells among lunatics,...

Brother, it sounds like you have lived the life, or worse, were also subjected to women supervisors.

I can feel your post.
