Got out of corporate marketing 10 years ago when incompetent wahmen and various and sundry grievance group members were promoted so idiotic management team members could tick of a box and feel good about themselves. Now it affects every single industry — stupid people making stupid decisions and not being held accountable because management lacks the stones to sack the lot of them.
