ParaderHunters cheers 5-month jail sentence for woman who pleaded guilty to trespassing count.
No criminal history.
DOJ wanted 3 months but Clinton judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly (80)--who last week told govt it was ok to call a J6 defendant an insurrectionist--gave her 5 months

Disgusting.
The stuff that the Deep State has on Clinton stooge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly is probably really, really disgusting.
I'll take their gunthugs seriously, though.
That's all these piles of dogsqueeze have got. Muscle with automatic weapons - while they try to deny the peasants semi-automatic weapons...
Meanwhile, Kevin McCarthy sits on the J6 tapes like the good little RINO that he is.
The left is gloating about “insurrectionists” and “rioters”. Releasing the J6 tapes to the public would change the narrative.
Release the damn tapes.
Never trust a woman with a hyphenated last name.
In Illinois the recent safe act basics takes all penalties for trespassing off the books. If you are trespassing, a cop cannot even remove the perp.
As a former decennial Census worker & supervisor, I can tell you that the trespassing laws are VERY, VERY important.
You can bet that if you "trespass" on the land of an Illinois Elite, there would be consequences - penalties gone, or not.
To respond to the spirit of your post:
Isn't it FASCINATING that in other Blue Strongholds - the ruling juntas aren't concerned about "trespassing"?
“On October 3, 1984, Kollar-Kotelly was nominated as an Associate Judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia by President Ronald Reagan; she took her oath of office on October 21.”

“Chief Justice William Rehnquist appointed Judge Kollar-Kotelly to serve on the Financial Disclosure Committee (2000–2002), and later as Presiding Judge of the United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, where she served from 2002 to 2009.”
“In August 2001, Kollar-Kotelly was assigned the United States v. Microsoft anti-trust case, after Judge Thomas Penfield Jackson was removed from the case.”
“On March 7, 2016, Kollar-Kotelly denied a requested preliminary injunction against Washington, D.C.’s discretionary issue of concealed carry permits, thereby allowing DC police chief Cathy Lanier to continue denying concealed carry permits to law-abiding citizens in most cases. In 2017, Kollar-Kotelly is presiding over ACLU v. Trump and Pence.
“On October 30, 2017, Kollar-Kotelly blocked the enforcement of President Donald Trump’s ban on transgender individuals from serving in the military.”
I have one and you could trust me with your life…but I’m right wing AF, so….
:D
Had she been BLM and done the exact same thing for a BLM cause, there would be mostly applause.
She also had been appointed to the bench by Reagan.
The term for that is “she grew in office”.
