What is Plasmid DNA?

Sequencing.

The main point of plasmid DNA is to help with integration of new genetic material into a (human) being.

I had J&J vaccine. Did it have mRNA and this plasmid DNA?
My brother had 3 mRNA jabs and was being treated for metasteses to his liver of his colon cancer. His chemo seemed to be shrinking the cancer spots. Then he took a 4th jab and within weeks his liver cancers were growing and they put him on much stronger chemo with a worse set of side effects.
