She dresses like she shops the sales rack, at Kohls. Not that there’s anything wrong with the sales rack, at Kohls....but, you would think she could’ve had a tailor made, designer dress....that is NOT so ill fitting.
And, the matching, Rose Marie hair bow is beyond tacky.
