Such a cute age. Babies grow too fast. Are you making cheesecakes? Those are good frozen.
I’m not sure about the numbers, as I have no experience with this kind of planning. They’re expecting about 100 people. I was thinking we’d need about 15 pies and 10 cheesecakes? I’m just doing apple pie, pumpkin pie, and pecan pie. Then for the cheesecakes I’ll do 3 toppings.....rhubarb, maple pecan, and cherry....possibly blueberry as well.
I don’t know if that will be enough, and will give everyone a good selection. I guess I’ll find out!
