Wow. That many kids being taken? That is very alarming. I get an Amber alert here (which would be for any child taken in Ontario) about twice a year, maybe.

It's just alerting the public of a missing child and I said,more seem to come in the southern areas of Texas of late!
Some are non custodial parent,but some are not as it should not matter when a child is taken!
Regardless it's sent out to alert the public they are in danger and considered kidnapped regardless if it's a parent or a relative that has non custodial rights to the child!
