Yes, just heard he passed. RIP.
I was thinking about swimming but was afraid of hurting my arm so went and walked around the mall. I had another vision episode which caused a panic attack and I walked out the wrong door so I had a much longer walk than expected. Maybe I should have just gone swimming. And my neck is hurting, tolerably.
Going to hill country with son and DIL tomorrow so want to be feeling good.
