Can’t make it up.
Charles Dolan, the Dem operative who was a source for the Steele dossier, remains on the board of the taxpayer-funded International Foundation for Electoral Systems, which builds “resilient democracies” in foreign countries.
The Durham report makes a strong case that Dolan was a source for more of the Steele dossier than we already know. He had extensive ties to top Kremlin officials. Meanwhile, he worked for Democrats and is on the board of the “pro-democracy” group.
