I have a friend who needs neck surgery, they want to fuse things so he is putting it off. He sleeps at night in a neck brace and he says it makes all the difference. Otherwise he wakes up in pain.

Yes, I’ve been sleeping in a neck brace too. I think I may have ripped it off in my sleep as I’ve done a few times.
