I’m glad you are doing better rusty.
My legs hurt right now, Yesterday I planted the raised bed with green beans. And today I stirred up some more dirt to put in pots to go around the pool. Planted the little raised bed in the front of the house.
I was only out there a couple hours but apparently bending or squatting down is not something my legs are used to. I guess I should quit considering wandering in the forest, looking at nature and listening to the birds exercise.
But it was lovely being outside and it was gorgeous out! I love spring days where the nights are cool but the days are warm. Pretty soon everything will be warm.
ms.b, Do you have cold nights the whole summer?
If yohr legs hurt, don’t quit the exercise, they will get used to it. Do stretches before and after.
No pain no gain!
Hey, Cotton!
I know what you mean about your legs feeling sore after your gardening.
I did a ton of yard work last week!
Our front lawn is easily the size of a house lot.
I did a ton of raking dead leaves and twigs, plus picking up all the “blow down” from the numerous trees.
Come Sunday, I could barely walk!
Not to mention the black flies feasted on my poor arms, and I used Cutters bug spray on them before I went out!
I’m gonna go take my walk, but I’ll be back in a little bit.
No Cotton, in the summer time, the nights can be nearly as warm as the days!
If yohr legs hurt, don’t quit the exercise, they will get used to it. Do stretches before and after.
No pain no gain!
