Some time ago, we went out west to see my hubbys folks in Nebraska.
A tornado touched down in a town about 6 miles away.
The storm around was horrifying!
Lightening like I had never seen before. It became so dark at mid afternoon, I couldn’t believe it.
Thew wind was relentless.
I was trying to get back to the house after checking on some friends, and three horses came out of the storm, and galloped by my truck-it was like something from a movie!
So, I understand very well why he called it off, and I am glad he did!
Scary!
Poor horses....I hope they made it to safety.

Very scary situation to be in.
I watch those storm chaser videos and they frighten me BIGLY.
I hope the horses were OK.I always worry about animals when there are natural catastrophes
