Not bashing, just honestly curious.
Aside from the best climate on Earth....all of the horrid things happening there....too many to mention, as you well know.
Is there a moratorium on increased taxes, or, grandfather clause that keeps property (and, other taxes) low, for long time resident seniors?
It is paradise ... when looking at all of the natural beauty....but, not attractive, when looking at what the evil leftists have done, there :-(

property taxes are stuck at 1%. But even modest houses are so expensive it’s still high. All the environmental and other regulations add 70K to modest house price before ground is broken.
