Also if I want to a feel good or cry,I watch Little House on the Prairie,I have some of the books by Lauren Ingalls Wilder!
They are called Little House in the Big Woods. They are so old!

I thought about you, earlier....this month’s Costco magazine has an article about the benefits of water exercise....for pain, etc.
