In regards to the subject matter: I have just left the lesion alone and in reflection, I likely exacerbated the anomaly initially by picking at it, and squeezing at it, as I erroneously thought it was an infected insect bite. I’m not sure what it is exactly, but it is indeed healing up on its own. I think in hindsight, that a bandage with some vitamin E applied early on might have been a good treatment.
