There's a scene in the Liam Neeson movie “Taken” where he's on the phone with his daughter. Men are there to kidnap her and she's a world away from him in Europe. As a former intel agent, he knows what's going to happen and realizes there's no way to stop it. As much as he'd love to come up with a way for his daughter to escape or fight off the assailants, he knows the best thing he can do is to prepare her by telling her the truth.
“Now, the next part is very important — they're going to take you,” he said.
That's similar to how I feel about the current onslaught of national crises. I'd love nothing more than to tell my audience that if we do this or if someone else does that, we're going to be just fine and America will be great again. Unfortunately, the writing on the wall is undeniable. Unless God acts on our behalf in ways nobody expects and none of us deserve, then things are going to get much worse in the near future.
For those who need a pep talk, this isn't it. This is a wakeup call. Most in my audience are very well aware of the troubles we face, but seeing some of these challenges listed together may bring necessary perspective. My priorities are to spread the truth of the Bible, share the truth of this world, and offer solutions. ....

JD Rucker is spot on!
A person would have to be blind and deaf to not see and hear what is unfolding these days.
Those who laughed and ridiculed preppers will no longer be laughing.
It is depressing but forewarned is forearmed.
TY for the pings
Kitten update:
Mama cat was tested and has a bacterial infection. So she was given some sort of antibiotic that is not good for the kittens. So they had to be wearned.
Kittens were put on the screen didn’t porch and mama stayed in the bathroom upstairs. It’s not always warm enough at night so they come in and hang out in my bedroom. It’s actually not as annoying as it sounds or as I was expecting. They do run around and play but about 50% of the time they sleep.
The only issue with anything is that Snickers has been losing weight. She had done that before a couple weeks ago.I weigh them every other day. And she has been meowing a lot.But I noticed that she eats the wet food and the cut up chicken that I give them once A-day.That’s their little treat. So today I gave her as much as she wanted in the morning of the fancy feast wet and she ate almost a whole. Can. . And no more meowing! So I just gave her all she wanted of the chicken and she seems content. There might be something wrong and she’s not eating the kibble.I’ll take her into the bed to have her teeth and mouth looked at.
I feel awful that she has been hungry and I just thought Hermione was cute. Poor little thing. She’s been especially hungry after being weaned. She was going around trying to nurse off of everybody,. She was nuzzling the other kittens and they didn’t like it.She tried nestling Cooper and try my neck where the hairline is. Now that makes sense!
