My daughter’s good friend from junior high lost her battle with a brain tumor yesterday. My daughter went to see her a year and a half ago, says she fought hard and stayed optimistic as long as she could. Left 2 young teenagers.

That is so sad...I know your dear daughter has to be heartbroken....and, I know it’s sad, for you, too. I STILL think of many of my dd’s friends as ‘my kids’, too.
