As a former Texas state, corrections officer, I noticed the shooter has a Dallas a Texas logo on his hands, which is common for a Texas (TDCJ) prison gang called “the tango blast”. It’s possibly a sign that something is very wrong and this might be cartel affiliated.

Yep...saw that about the hand tat, yesterday.
Scary.
Someone surmised it was a Kar-Tell hit ... with an insider giving a go signal for the victim, who was walking out.
Just sickening.
And, just as sickening is our lying media trying their level best to cover up.
