I remain convinced, based on that conversation, that if #7 had not collapsed from the damage it suffered, it would have had to be demolished anyway.

No one ever asks about any of the other buildings on this map

Literally ALL the buildings in the Ground Zero quadrilateral ended up demolished and replaced.

It's like only #7 matters.

I wonder why that is.
