Your credit card company will mail you a new one a few weeks before your current card expires.
If you have not received a new card, it might have been stolen, or lost, or you are a bad credit risk and your credit card company has closed your account.
I suspect that the original poster, requesting help, wants ONLY to update the credit card info he has entered at the FR website to effect donations.
He thus wants only to update the info at the FR website - not "fix" an expired card. He thus has probably already received his new card in the mail.
But rather than posting a nice, long, and unambiguous message precisely explaining his predicament, he instead resorted to the common FR practice of posting something like the text of a Chinese fortune cookie message.
