[Tolerance Sucks Rocks]

The touch screen for my Kia Soul stereo is obnoxiously distracting. I’ve gotten better with it, however, so I’m not a potential menace on the road while adjusting the tuner.

As a packaging & vehicle integration engineer I feel your pain. The Large OEM’s are starting to head back in the direction of adding switches back to the instrument panel. The complaints have been heard over the last 10 years.
However it's an uphill battle as the move to eliminate “switches” and integrate everything into the touchscreen screen means saving $$ by reducing content.
Menace to the road indeed.😉
