I am not a lawyer or any kind of expert in contract law, but it’s hard to find a solid answer on the question of this contract.

Fox broke the contract by removing him from the air so “if” Tucker could show financial harm for his other business endeavors due to lack of exposure (many Fox hosts have other gigs like clothing or their own websites) how could they prevent him from broadcasting on a different medium or simply walking away from the contract - i.e. - you don’t pay me and I am free to do my own thing?
