I don’t think you have the first clue what you’re talking about. Just because you “trained as a bartender” doesn’t mean you know the first thing about owning/running a bar. An owner pays for a product, people are ordering the product, but you (a random customer) don’t like it so you want the business to stop selling the product. You seem like a pretty unsophisticated person.
