I have to second OldWarBaby’s recommendation to acquire a source of supplemental oxygen.
Something convinced me to get a couple of this style oxygen concentrator
a couple years ago, when they were cheaper.
(Prep-er philosophy: Two is One, One is None.)

They served Dad and I well when we finally got Covid and saw our Blood Oxygen
% drop into the 80’s. They brought it right back up. A few minutes of extra
oxygen can chase the fuzziness away, and fire up all the cellular engines...
It can sometimes chase away migraines as well, depending upon what’s causing them.
You’re welcome!
I chose that style because is has all the important capabilities;
Continuous operation, great O2 generation and control, water bubbler to
re-humidify its air delivery, and additionally, an included nebulizer and a
separate air output to supply it. It only draws 120 watts, so something like
one of these can run it for 16 hours or so in a power failure:
FFpower P2001 Solar Generator, 2000Wh Power Station with LiFePO4 Batteries,
6 2000W AC Outlets, UPS Backup, Bi-directional Portable Power Station for
Home Power Outage, Outdoor Camping RV:

Try browsing for “concentrator” on Amazon. At a minimum you can learn the langwidge and get a feeling for the spread of stuff out there as well as the price ranges. Most folks don’t need portable capability so you can most likely skip those.
Another option most folks don’t consider is industrial oxygen. If anyone in the family uses oxy in their shop it might be an option. It’s the same stuff as medical and a proper regulator/face mask is very easy to make a hookup with. The bottles are bigger but you can run a hose clear across the yard.
Because of the number of old people in Arizona, it may be easier to find used oxygen concentrators here.
