Either the materials discussed CAN produce a significant enough field to hold the nickel plated copper sandwich to the meat, OR the combinations of saran type wrap and the incised depression/rim of the coin combine in some areas as it is slid across the surface to create a low pressure suction type grip temporarily adhering it.
