A judge has ruled that Hunter Biden must appear in an Arkansas court for his paternity case.
Lawyers for his baby mama Lunden Roberts say former flame Hunter, 53, has not provided ‘a single item or word of discovery’ in their ongoing child support lawsuit.
Independence County Circuit Judge Holly Meyer today ordered Biden to attend the court hearing on May 1 because his absence is 'interfering with the process of litigation.'
She said today: 'From now on ... I want both of your clients at every hearing I conduct. I will no longer allow us to excuse clients because it is interfering with the progress of litigation, which is taking way too long to get over simple points.'

Then the DNA test showed he was lying again, go figure.

Joe and Jill deny the child exists.
They repeatedly say they have one less grandkid than they do, and the poor kid is left out of all the Biden Grandkid Trusts that the Bidens guided dirty money from despots in ugly parts of the World into.

I predict he doesn’t show up, the judge issues some sort of settlement for some small “ditch digger in Arkansas” level of child support, and calls it a day. (And gets a handsome check for doing so).

First, parties make “settlements.” Courts make “orders.”
The term “guideline child support” is a bit of a misnomer. The fort must use the guideline calculator, and the result is presumptively correct

The fly in the ointment here, and the purpose of the discovery referenced in the article, is the ability for the mother to prove Hunter’s income. He’ll lie and cheat, but at the very least the asking price of some of his art, and reports of at least some sales, probably would support a finding of income at least in mid-five figures per month
Finally, I suppose there are corrupt judges out there, but you have absolutely no basis to conjecture that this judge would make any order other than a guideline order, and certainly not that he’d accept a bribe to do so. Failure to make a guideline roder would mandate reversal by the appellate court

What an idiot - it would be worth it to Hunter to just pay her a huge amount of money to shut up. He was too stupid to do that.
The mother was called to testify to a Delaware grand jury in Feb. 2022 that was investigating Hunter’s possible tax crimes.
She apparently knows about some of his financial dealings.
She needs protection from the Biden administration.
